Orders and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. You'll pay the price shown when you place your order.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.
If an item is unavailable or there's a problem with your order, I'll contact you and offer a refund.
Shipping
I ship within the United States and internationally.
Processing time: 2-3 business days.
Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
International orders: you're responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These aren't included in the price or shipping cost.
Returns and refunds
If something isn't right with your order, contact me within 30 days of your order date and I'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Signed and personalized copies are final sale and can't be returned or refunded.
To request a replacement or refund, email me with your order number and a short description of the issue (a photo helps for damaged items).

Limitation of liability
I do my best to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided as is. I'm not responsible for delays or problems outside my control, such as carrier delays, lost packages after they've been handed to the carrier, or site outages.
